我们每天会把新鲜榴莲从果园运送到巴生谷进行下一步处理。 如果您在下午 3 点之前下订单,我们保证次日发货,您的包裹也将会在发货的第二天送达您家门口(适用于马来西亚半岛的部分地区),以便确保您能够享受到我们榴莲最新鲜的美味。

(b) 榴莲鲜果 – 去壳果肉

为了确保最佳味道与口感,我们的榴莲果肉仅供应给巴生谷的客户。 如果您在下午 5 点之前下订单,我们保证晚上 7:30 至 9:30 之间当天送货。

常见品质问题

(a) 黑种子/烧核

多是由于水分不足造成的。 在某些严重的情况下,果肉可能会变得干且无味。

(b) 蠕虫感染

它很容易识别,有时可能会闻到酸味。

(c) 象鼻虫感染

象鼻虫可能会进入果肉,榴莲会变得潮湿并散发出恶臭。

(d) 未熟的果实

皮肤过于干燥苍白,按下感觉很硬。

(e) 过熟的果实

外壳变黄,果实底部裂开。 有些顾客可能会觉得不可接受,但在许多情况下,果肉可能具有更浓郁的味道。

退换货品

出于卫生原因,我们不提供任何退货和/或退款服务。如果您在收到我们的产品后遇到任何问题,请在此处向我们报告。我们也建议顾客在收到物品后检查物品。
我们努力为客户提供最优质的榴莲。 然而值得注意的是,由于受到不同的果树,土壤和天气条件等因素,每颗榴莲可能具有独特的味道、口感和大小不异的核子 。 不幸的是,我们无法根据个人喜好提供换货或退款。 感谢您的谅解。

(a) 新鲜榴莲最好在收到后立即食用,以获得最佳口感,或者您可以在0-10摄氏度的正常冰箱条件下保存。 (b) 冷冻榴莲在0摄氏度以下的冷冻条件下可保存长达6个月。 (c) 冷藏榴莲在0-10摄氏度的正常冰箱条件下可保存长达7天。

terms & conditions

(1) These Terms and Conditions shall apply to your payment for our Invoice(s) by way of your debit, credit card, bank transfer or QR payment. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By making payment with any of your banking instruments, you hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

(2) These Terms and Conditions shall apply in addition to our Schedule of Terms enclosed with Sale Terms. In the event there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and our Sale Terms in respect of your payment, these Terms and Conditions shall apply.

(3) If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions in its entirety, please do not make payment of our Invoice(s).

(1) iPay88 is an internet payment switching gateway through credit card, internet banking (debit card) and electronic wallet. iPay88 is validated for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and is in compliance with the Financial Systems Act 2016. With iPay88, you may select your method of payment by way of debit, credit card, bank transfer or other methods offered where applicable.

(2) All transactions will be processed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

(3) We do not guarantee and shall not be responsible for any unavailability of iPay88’s services including but not limited to any network maintenance and/or error.

(1) Upon your selection to make payment by way of debit or credit card, the iPay88 payment platform will request authorization from your selected Card Issuer for the purposes of fraud screening checks. The result of your transaction will be shown on your screen to either be successful or unsuccessful.

(2) In the event your payment is successful, the said payment will be confirmed by email. The email will include details of your payment and transaction ID. The email is sent by iPay88 to the email address you have provided in your payment details on the iPay88 payment platform.

(1) Upon your selection to make payment by way of debit or credit card, the iPay88 payment platform will request authorization from your selected Card Issuer for the purposes of fraud screening checks. The result of your transaction will be shown on your screen to either be successful or unsuccessful.

(2) In the event your payment is successful, the said payment will be confirmed by email. The email will include details of your payment and transaction ID. The email is sent by iPay88 to the email address you have provided in your payment details on theiPay88 payment platform.

(1) In the event there is an underpayment of our Invoice(s), the payment for the Invoice(s) will be accepted but not regarded to be paid in full and shall be deemed as partial-payment to our Invoice(s). In such an event, you shall make a further payment of the balance of the Invoice(s) upon our written notice to you.

(2) In the event there is an overpayment of our Invoice(s) and provided we have received such payment from iPay88, the overpayment of our Invoice(s) will be refunded to you within fourteen (14) days from the satisfaction of our refund-verification procedure as set out in Clause 6.1 below. For the avoidance of doubt, any refunds made shall be strictly credited back to the debit or credit card used to make payment. Any request for refunds to be made to you in any other currency and/or any other payment mode will not be entertained.

(1) Refunds of payments made for our Invoice(s) and/or to us for any reason whatsoever shall be requested by way of a written notice to us by you. In compliance with the obligations and rules and regulations of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities 2001 (“AMLA”), refunds will be made subject to the satisfaction of our refund-verification procedure, which includes but is not limited to you providing to us the following documents:

a) Your full name;

b) Your date of birth;

c) Your address;

d) A copy of your National Registration Identification Card and/or Passport;

e) A copy of your bank card used for the relevant transaction; and

f) A copy of the relevant Invoice(s) to which the overpayment and/or false payment was made.

(2) Upon satisfaction of our refund-verification procedure, the requested refund will be credited back to the debit or credit card used for the relevant transaction. Any request for refunds to be made to you in any other currency and/or any other payment mode will not be entertained.

(3) In the event our refund-verification procedure is not satisfied, the requested refund will not be credited back to the debit or credit card used for the relevant transaction. In such event, we reserve the right to cooperate with the relevant authorities in investigating claims of any illegal activity including, but not limited to, any illegal transaction, illegal activity and/or money laundering based on any transaction by you to us that raises any reasonable suspicion and we are required by law to promptly report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities pursuant to section 14 of AMLA.

(1) We are committed to the standards of anti-money laundering under AMLA in order to prevent the use of our services for money laundering and/or terrorism financing purposes. The requirements set out below are the minimum regulatory requirements created to prevent our partners and clients from any misuse of these services for money laundering or any other financial crimes. 

(2) Under section 13 of AMLA, we are obliged to keep a record of any transaction, which shall include, but not limited to, the following:

a) The identity and address of the person in whose name the transaction is conducted;

b) The identity and address of the beneficiary or the person on whose behalf the transaction is conducted, where applicable;

c) The identity of the accounts affected by the transaction, if any;

d) The type of transaction involved, such as deposit, withdrawal, exchange of currency, cheque cashing, purchase of cashier’s cheques or money orders or other payment or transfer by, through, or to such reporting institution;

e) The identity of the reporting institution where the transaction occurred; and

d) The date, time and amount of the transaction.

(3) You agree that any and all information provided to us by you shall be treated as being true and correct. You shall indemnify us against all losses, expenses, costs and/or damages incurred in connection with and/or in relation to information provided that is untrue and incorrect. 

(4) Standard identification data and documents required include but is not limited to the following:

a) Your full name;

b) Your date of birth;

c) Your citizenship;

d) Your address;

e) A copy of your National Registration Identity Card and/or Passport; and

f) A copy of your bank card used for the relevant transaction.

(5) You acknowledge that due to the obligations and rules and regulations provided under AMLA, you shall promptly provide us further identification and documentation deemed necessary and appropriate for the purposes of verification of your identity and source of funds used to make the payment of our Invoice(s) in compliance with any rules and regulations of AMLA.

(6) We reserve the right to cooperate with the relevant authorities in investigating claims of any illegal activity including, but not limited to, any illegal transaction, illegal activity and/or money laundering based on any transaction by you to us that raises any reasonable suspicion and we are required by law to promptly report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities pursuant to section 14 of AMLA.

(7) For the purpose of ensuring that there is an audit trail to assist in any financial investigation by any relevant authority, our record-keeping policy and procedure shall cover records in the following areas:

a) Records on all clients including but not limited to identification and verification information;

b) Records on all transactions in relation to our Invoice(s); and

c) Reporting any suspicious transactions and/or activity reports.
